The reason this is funny is as a lady saw this happening and called the newspaper. “Wheeler was sitting on her porch in her pajamas yesterday morning minding her own business, when two cop cars stopped on her street — and officers got out and apprehended a male suspect.” They must be shy on news over there in Belleville, IL as they featured the story in their newspaper. Then, just like she predicted, Google Street View released the imagery and lo and behold, here’s the dude getting arrested. Read the original story here:
